Ideas, and in this case it seems especially bad ones, migrate much faster than people can. While Minneapolis continues to implode, the ideas causing that implosion are hitting Florida. This is not a good thing.
An armed protester was shot and killed by authorities in Minneapolis and all you hear is that he was a nurse, as if that gives him some special dispensation to violate the law and obstruct law enforcement efforts. He was protesting against the interests of the very government he works for…and he was armed.
The attitudes of those protesters are already here in Florida and it won’t be long before the actions follow. It’s an infection spreading across the country and it appears few places will be immune.
The Division of Elections has finally released the pot petition numbers, but can they be trusted? An appeals court has ruled in favor of the state on invalidating petitions by inactive voters, I’m not sure about the reasoning behind the ruling.
