We’re surrounded by them. Terminally stupid people.
Half the folks around us are below average and somehow they get the attention (and nominations to office). Most of our stories today have an element of stupidity in them.
Take the shipping container man cave story in Indialantic. It’s not the property owner that was stupid in this case. Or, the compassionate criminal who stole a car, but returned it when he noticed the baby in the back seat. He may be a criminal, but he wasn’t the stupid one in that case.
Then there are academics at Rutgers (and elsewhere) who are donating to an ANTIFA professor so he can escape the US to avoid consequences for his actions. There are apparently lots of stupid people who are educated, but still stupid. As a comparison, we have parents being forced to put up a massive bond amount to try and protect their kids from the gender assaults in Virginia schools.
In NYC, the Democratic mayoral candidate would arrest Israel’s Benjamin Netanyahu given the chance, starting an international incident and conducting foreign policy on his own. And New Yorkers are seriously considering this guy?
President Trump’s attorneys need an office at the 9th Circuit, or maybe a homeless camp as another western District Court has put a stop to the layoff of federal employees.
Finally, the Pentagon may be a bit less populated today as several media organizations won’t sign off on new policy on approval of information before it’s published.
Let’s see what we can get covered…
