Man Returns Stolen Car With 1YO Inside
(Brevard Co., FL) -- A man is under arrest in Brevard County after stealing a vehicle with a one-year-old child in the backseat. Authorities say the suspect stole the car from a Sunoco off U.S. 1 in Cocoa on Tuesday. However, once he noticed the child, he returned it. Authorities say 53-year-old William Mullis apologized to the mother, saying he didn't realize her baby was inside. He was arrested a short time later on charges of grand theft and kidnapping.
Man Pulls Out Chainsaw In Road Rage Attack
(Van Buren County, MI) -- A man is facing charges following a road rage attack which included a chainsaw in Michigan. The incident happened last week when a woman allegedly pulled out in front of a driver in Waverly Township, which sent the man into a rage. The man, identified as 68-year-old Leonard Yonkman, then pulled in front of the woman, causing her to crash. Yonkman is accused of then grabbing a chainsaw from his truck, but after the chainsaw didn't start, he assaulted the woman by hand, including grabbing the woman by her throat. Yonkman faces multiple charges, including assault with a dangerous weapon and assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder.
