It was painted over the first time last week, and residents went out on Thursday to repaint the rainbow colors using chalk. Rain washed the chalk away, though, so supporters painted rainbow colors on the pavement on Saturday. After FDOT crews undid that yesterday with more black paint, some tried to redraw the rainbow colors with chalk again. Orlando Police and FHP troopers stood by and watched, but no one was arrested.
