Thousands Attended 'No Kings Day' Rally In Florida

(Florida) --Thousands of people attended the 'No Kings Day' rally across Florida. Organizers put together a nationwide movement Saturday against President Trump's military and birthday parade. Supporters also voiced their disgust with recent ICE raids in Los Angeles. An Ocala Police spokesperson says three people are arrested where two are facing battery related charges and one Proud Boys member on felony weapon charges.

Pinellas County Man Arrested For Social Media Post

(Dunedin, FL) --A social media post has a Pinellas County man facing charges. Dunedin's Eloy Garcia was arrested for threatening communications or threats of a mass shooting. He wrote on Facebook he was driving around looking and hoping to run across No Kings protesters so he could run them over. Deputies say Garcia admitted he wrote the posts.   

Teen Killed In Deputy-Involved Shooting In Osceola County

(Kissimmee, FL) --A teenager is dead after he was shot by deputies in Osceola County. The sheriff's office says the 18-year-old was shot Saturday in St. Cloud near Lakepine Street and Lodgepole Boulevard off US 192. Deputies say the armed naked man was shot when he refused to drop his weapon and charged at them. He died at the scene. They believe he was having a mental health crisis. The two deputies involved are on leave, and the FDLE is investigating.

Florida Panthers Take Game Five Of Stanley Cup Vs Edmonton Oilers

(Edmonton) -- The Florida Panthers are one victory away from winning their second-straight Stanley Cup. The Panthers beat the Edmonton Oilers 5-to-2 at Rogers Place in Game Five of the Stanley Cup Finals. Florida took a 2-nothing lead in the first period with scores by Brad Marchand and Sam Bennett. The scoring paused until the third period when Marchand lit the lamp for the second time and put the Panthers up 3-0. Connor McDavid gave life to Edmonton with his first goal of the Stanley Cup Finals, but the Oilers couldn't maintain momentum. Game Six goes back to Sunrise on Tuesday. The puck drops at 8 p.m. eastern.

(Undated) --Americans use more profanity online than any other country. According to a recent study published in the journal Lingua, the U.S. leads in profanity usage, followed by Great Britain and Australia. Researchers analyzed one-point-seven-billion words from 20 English-speaking nations and employed computer programs to identify variations of vulgar language across websites and blog posts.
