Shocking the Conscience

We’ll interview Florida Senate candidates in today’s 7 and 8aam hours. Around those we have several things to consider.

The 11th Circuit has ruled against parents in a school hiding the trans-status of their child case. Brevard’s school board voted to close alternative learning centers and to split public comment at their meetings. County commission chair Rob “The Waffle” Feltner got his slush fund for cultural events passed. A congressional hearing shut down over the sin of recognizing reality. In Washington, the House did pass a funding bill that would avert a government shutdown, but Chuck Schumer is determined it won’t get through the Senate.

Mark Lightner joins us at 7:25 and Tim Thomas is with us at 8:25 to discuss their runs for the Florida Senate. Both candidates have an uphill climb in a race that many believe is already decided.
