DeSantis says the effort will allow state agencies to work seamlessly with federal immigration authorities. About 250-million dollars in grants have been set aside for local law enforcement across the state to assist government entities with their new duties.

California First State To Recognize A Cryptid

(Ukiah, CA) -- California is on the verge of becoming the first state to officially recognize a cryptid, a mysterious creature with little evidence of existence. Assemblymember Chris Rogers has introduced a bill, AB 666, to make Bigfoot, or Sasquatch, the state's official cryptid. While Rogers' Northern district is known for Bigfoot sightings, many believe that Oregon is the true home of the legendary creature.
