Some folks have their priorities are out of order.
We've had a couple of days of shocking news for our community. Shocking, but maybe not surprising.
When two State Attorneys offices refuse to prosecute crimes that the prosecutors acknowledge were committed by elected officials, we have an issue.
Why are there no charges being pursued against these less than ethical elected officials? Are there reasons or are they just excuses to protect the elected class?
Maybe just as importantly, why are elected officials and others endorsing Johnus Disgustus Tobia, who is fraud prone and record integrity challenged, to be our Supervisor of Elections?
If the politics are more important than integrity, are these people capable of representing us well? Are their priorities in the right order and in the best interests of the people and the offices they seek?
