Florida Man Arrested After Making Threats To Trump, Vance

(Jupiter, FL) -- A Florida man is facing charges after making threats to kill former President Trump and his running mate JD Vance. Jupiter Police announced the arrest of Michael Wiseman on Friday. He's charged with "written threats to kill" after an investigation discovered he made the threats on social media. Police said they were alerted by online crime tips and by people that came to report it in person. It comes about a week after Trump was grazed by a bullet during an assassination attempt at a rally in Pennsylvania.

Central Florida Congressmen React To Biden Announcements

(Washington, DC)-- Central Florida Congressman Darren Soto believes President Biden will go down as one of the most consequential one-term presidents in U.S. history. Soto credits Biden for leading us out of the pandemic, helping us rebuild infrastructure, boosting manufacturing, lowering healthcare costs, expanding vets' benefits and combating climate change.

Central Florida Republicans Want Biden To Resign

(Washington, DC)-- Meanwhile, some Central Florida Republicans want President Biden to step down immediately. Eleventh District Congressman Daniel Webster wrote on X yesterday that Biden finally realized what millions of Americans have known for years, that his administration is incapable of governing the country. He also accuses Democrats of subverting the will of millions of Americans by forcing Biden to drop out. Seventh District Congressman Cory Mills Tweets Biden is not mentally or physically fit to continue as president. He says every day Biden continues to sit in the White House is a threat to our national security. Mills adds it's time for Biden to step down and stop dragging this country down with him.

Morgan Won't Fundraise For Harris

(Orlando, FL) -- One of Florida's biggest Democratic fundraisers won't be raising money for Kamala Harris. Orlando lawyer John Morgan tells the Tampa Bay Times that Harris will likely be the party's nominee, but he adds, "in my humble opinion, she has no shot." Morgan also writes on X that Biden's endorsement of her is a [[ bleep ]] you to all who pushed him out. As for fundraising for Harris, Morgan says "you have to be enthusiastic or hoping for a political appointment to be asking friends for money, and I am neither."

2003, former U.S. POW Jessica Lynch returned to her home state of West Virginia months after her highly publicized rescue by fellow U.S. soldiers in Iraq. Lynch received three medals for her ordeal in Iraq. The young woman's unit was ambushed in Operation Iraqi Freedom.
