(Ocala, FL) -- A reward in connection to a deadly Central Florida mall shooting is going up as police continue to search for the suspect responsible. Ocala authorities released surveillance photos of 39-year-old Albert Shell Junior. They believe he is the man who opened fire inside the Paddock Mall over the weekend, killing a man and injuring a woman. Shell has previously been convicted of theft, assault, and battery. The reward has been upgraded to ten-thousand dollars for anyone with information leading to his arrest.

Disney Sues To Get CFTOD Records

(Orlando, FL) -- There's a new chapter in the legal battle between Disney and the governor. Disney last week sued the Central Florida Tourism Oversight District. That's the board Governor Ron DeSantis and state lawmakers set up this year to replace the Reedy Creek Improvement District. Disney accuses the district of breaking state law by withholding documents the company had been asking for since May. Disney wants to see communication records between district members. No hearing date has been announced.

Teens Arrested After Deadly Shooting In Pinellas County

(Largo, FL) -- Two teenagers are facing charges after an argument over Christmas gifts turned violent in Pinellas County. The sheriff's office announced yesterday that 15-year-old Darcus Coley and 14-year-old Damarcus Coley were arrested for the death of their sister. Abrielle Baldwin was shot Sunday near Largo at a home on 22nd Ave Southwest. The 23-year-old was taken to the hospital where she passed away. Sheriff Bob Gualtieri says the three were at their grandmother's house after they went Christmas shopping with their mother and Abrielle's two sons. The three siblings apparently got into an argument about gifts, and when Abrielle told 14-year-old Damarcus to stop, he allegedly shot her. Gualtieri says 15-year-old Darcus then allegedly shot Damarcus before fleeing the scene and tossing his gun into a nearby yard. That gun remains missing. Damarcus was taken to the hospital and is in stable condition. The 14-year-old is charged with first-degree murder. Fifteen-year-old Darcus is charged with attempted first-degree murder.

Couple Attacks Would-Be Robber In Miami-Dade County

(Miami Gardens, FL)-- A man is facing charges after apparently picking the wrong couple to rob in Miami-Dade County. Hiram Tanco Crispin was arrested for allegedly trying to rob a husband and wife in their home in Miami Gardens on Monday. Jose and wife Gladys say Crispin knocked on their door on Northwest 175th Street, pulled a gun, tied them up and demanded money. Jose says they led him to what they had, but that wasn't enough, and he demanded more. Jose promised to get more if Crispin untied him, and when he did, he also put down the gun on a table. Jose says that's when he told himself 'here's the moment.' Jose attacked Crispin, took away a knife Crispin had while Gladys grabbed the gun and ran outside for help. Jose tells 7News they were so afraid, but thank God they're alive. The 57-year-old Crispin is charged with armed home invasion and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He's being held without bond.
