Politicians, by their nature, are public speakers. They pretty much have to be or getting elected could be really difficult. But those words, and often their actions, can get them into problems. We have several examples for our Monday discussion. Congressman Matt Gaetz leads off in our news and when we get to the topic. Also entering the arena is Sheriff Wayne Ivey whose political dabbling has us wondering if he’s distracted from his job and meddling where he shouldn’t be meddling. His judgment and whether he’s acting in the best interest of the county are also in question.
Staying with politicians, are Democratic leaders finally seeing the results of their policies and looking to change their ways?It would seem so and their constituents would be better served if they do.
Our day will begin IN A HANDBASKET with the Anti-Bud Light. It was a genius move that worked out very well for the brewer. Then, in a Florida act of legislative reactionary measures, streaking and other event disruption will being stiff penalties.
