For my part: Florida is facing down Hurricane Idalia that is projected to be a category 4 storm when it makes landfall. Brevard schools are closed today as is ESFC.
Speaking of education- at least at its higher levels- forced compliance with its gender politics puts educators’ and coaches’ careers at risk. At the public school level we are seeing wins against schools that interfere in parental supervision of their children.
What some in media are calling a time-out in Governor DeSantis’ presidential campaign is not that at all, but the governor doing his job (and having a great opportunity to show leadership to the American people).
