BML: WIDE OPEN WEDNESDAY

We’ll jumble the format for this WIDE OPEN WEDNESDAY. Instead of the usual Mick’s Morning News, we’ll focus on a couple of local stories to begin our day:

Gillum jury has one verdict, others in question

Brevard has a new Superintendent of Schools

The rest of our day will continue as any WIDE OPEN WEDNESDAY with your topics driving the show. For my part, when someone else can read your mind it’s the beginning of the end. Oh, there are practical uses for this adaptation of AI, but if you’ve watched any science fiction, it’s bound to be abused.

What’s just as scary to some? It’s our National Anthem. It’s hard to believe, but apparently if you’re WOKE it’s frightening.

Volusia is considering a “stupid driver” law. If we’d have had that when I was patrolling the streets, I’d have run out of tickets!

American business had better wake up.Bud Light is offering a very expensive lesson and Chase bank needs to learn it. And just how weak is Hollywood? The late night talk shows and other productions have ground to a halt because of a writer’s strike.

With that said, today it’s up to you and what you’d like to discuss. Let’s see what’s on your mind on this WIDE OPEN WEDNESDAY…
