Welcome back from the weekend. We’ll kick off this week’s conversation with Elon Musk’s take on what he calls the WOKE mind virus. Fittingly, it’s IN A HANDBASKET. It’s infected our schools, that’s for sure, and when a 7th grader gets it better than our schools do, maybe it’s time for the education folks to listen.
We dodged a bullet with the Hernando County superintendent pulling out of consideration for the Brevard job. Maybe it was a bigger bullet than we knew. That new superintendent will be chosen tomorrow and it appears one candidate is clearly the best choice. We’ll see what the board does.
The jury is pout on Andrew Gillum. The former Tallahassee mayor and would-be governor is facing conspiracy and corruption charges in a Tallahassee Federal Court. If it saves just one cowboy, it’ll be worth it to see what would have been a disaster for Florida as governor head off to federal prison.
Tucker Carlson is out of his Fox News 8pm time slot. One commentator says it’s time to follow Carlson’s lead and keep speaking the truth to a country that’s not used to hearing it.
