We spent much of Monday discussing Dilbert creator Scott Adams and his plight after being cancelled for his public comments that were deemed to be racist by the publishers of his comic strip. We’d asked about this occurring in other workplaces. Today we have an example- The Vermont State Police, only this case may be worse.
Following that, we’ll get a look at South Park, an irreverent cartoon that takes shots at anyone and anything that was far ahead of its time.
The main story on Florida Today’s website this morning indicated that Brevard’s football coaches are about to the top paid coaches in the state. It strikes me that this is not about football or education. In Tallahassee the idea is being floated of a full-time legislature. It would mean higher pay and lawmakers disconnected from their districts. What about this seems smart?
Hour three brings Dave Bowman with our weekly look at history. Today it’s American foreign policy and diplomacy that was completely different from what we see today. The difference is, today we see it. It wasn’t always that way.
