Responsible for the Actions of Others?

Accepting responsibility seems to be a rare commodity these days. Folks are always looking to divert blame for their actions. It’s infected lawmakers, too. We'll open the day showing that a responsibility to report is being turned into a responsibility to prevent. Something's wrong with this idea.

IN A HANDBASKET we’ll go a California prisons where a bad policy is putting inmates in danger they should never face while in state custody.

Also in play today is a story brought up by a caller on WIDE OPEN WEDNESDAY highlighting potential FBI involvement in the plot to abduct Gretchen Whitmer. Speaking of, Michigan lawmakers have moved to severely restrict Whitmer’s power to shut down the state as was done during the pandemic.

A couple of education stories are on my mind as Moms for Liberty-Brevard has clarified the narrative laid out by a school union/administrator on critical race theory in Brevard. The second education story has to do with the establishment and its action toward dissenters.

The county commission had named the new County Attorney and Bryan Lober’s comments are telling about his mindset. The male candidate didn’t have a chance.

Lastly, the hype over the pandemic continues and the Biden administration is considering a push for mask wearing, even for the vaccinated.
