Enter the answer to your wishes, Indiana Trooper Sgt. Stephen Wheeles. Sgt. Wheeles stopped a drive that had 20 cars backed up behind her car in violation of Indiana law that says drivers must move to the right to allow other cars to pass.
Wheeles was heralded for the stop and appreciated all over the country. Indy car drivers, pro footballers and every day folks heaped praise on the troop for doing his job.
