Biased much? NYU professor rewrites history right in line with the progressive narrative.

NYU Professor James Fraser is — quite literally — re-writing history to fit the progressive narrative. Fraser penned “By the People: A History of the United States,” a textbook for an Advanced Placement American history high school class. The book is riddled with thinly-veiled criticisms of President Trump, blatant insults aimed at those who voted for him and anti-police rhetoric.

Repeatedly, Fraser uses the textbook to portray his own opinions as fact: “Most thought that Trump was too extreme a candidate to win the nomination, but his extremism, his anti-establishment rhetoric, and, some said, his not-very-hidden racism connected with a significant number of primary voters.”

“Some said.” Who is the source on that?

For a guy who seems to detest “stereotyping,” he sure does a lot of it:

Trump’s supporters saw the vote as a victory for the people who, like themselves, had been forgotten in a fast-changing America — a mostly older, often rural or suburban, and overwhelmingly white group. Clinton’s supporters feared that the election had been determined by people who were afraid of a rapidly developing ethnic diversity of the country, discomfort with their candidate’s gender, and nostalgia for an earlier time in the nation’s history. They also worried about the mental instability of the president-elect and the anger that he and his supporters brought to the nation.

Fraser addresses Ferguson in the section titled “Black Lives Matter,” with a depiction of the movement that borders adulation: “The nearly all-white police force was seen as an occupying army in the mostly African American town… the police increased the tensions, defacing memorials set up for Brown and using rubber bullets on demonstrators.”

“How long are progressives going to keep their tantrum going?”

Fraser writes that “those who had long thought of the nation as a white and Christian country sometimes found it difficult to adjust” to the election of President Barack Obama. A bit ironic, really, considering NOBODY held weekly protests following Obama’s election. Yet, there continue to be weekly protests of Trump’s election.

What are they protesting? The democratic process? And how long are progressives going to keep their tantrum going?
