Manalapan, FL - A newly built $84.8 million mansion on land once owned by Billy Joel is now for sale, featuring luxurious amenities and stunning ocean views.

The home, located on land once owned by musician Billy Joel, was built by retired automotive executive Frank A. Mennella and his wife, Dolores, who purchased the property in 2018 for $7.5 million.

The 16,582-square-foot estate includes six bedrooms and 13 bathrooms, with features such as a five-car garage, a glass waterfront elevator, and both indoor and outdoor bars.

Large balconies offer unobstructed views of the ocean, enhancing the home's appeal. Additionally, the property boasts multiple recreational spaces, including a wine cellar, two bowling alleys, a movie theater, a game room, and a gym.

The home’s wellness features include a spa, massage room, steam room, and an infinity pool.

A secret tunnel connects the house to a 1,200-square-foot beachside cabana.

The estate’s 150-foot oceanfront balcony provides expansive views of the coastline.

Billy Joel, who originally owned the land, is currently the subject of a new documentary titled Billy Joel: And So It Goes…, in which he reflects on his early career and personal life.

Recently, Joel made headlines after announcing the cancellation of his concert tour due to health issues, specifically normal pressure hydrocephalus (NPH), a condition that affects his balance, hearing, and vision.

Despite this, he reassured fans that his condition is not life-threatening.
