FLORIDA - Florida's most exclusive cities are seeing sky-high real estate prices in 2025, with home values reaching nearly $10 million in luxury enclaves like Jupiter Island and Golden Beach.

New data compiled by Stacker highlights the 12 most expensive housing markets in Florida as of 2025, featuring areas where buying a home can cost millions, and in some cases, close to $10 million.

Jupiter Island ranks as the most expensive, with typical home values soaring to $9.4 million.

Though price growth has slowed (just 0.1% over the past year), values have surged by more than 73% in five years.

In second place is Golden Beach, an exclusive community in Miami-Dade County, where homes now average $7.4 million, doubling in value since 2020.

Fisher Island, accessible only by ferry or boat, follows closely with homes priced just over $6 million, reflecting nearly 95% appreciation over five years.

Other luxury hotspots include Lake Buena Vista ($5.48 million), Manalapan ($4 million), and Jupiter Inlet Colony ($3.63 million).

Even cities further down the list—like Golf, Gulf Stream, and Palm Beach—feature typical home values above $2 million.

Despite Florida’s reputation for affordability, these cities show that owning property in the state’s most exclusive enclaves is reserved for the ultra-wealthy.
