Miami-Dade Postpones Waste Management Overhaul Vote Again

Miami-Dade Commissioners kicking the trash can yet again. The board voting for Danielle Cohen Higgins plan to table the issue for 120 days and then commit to making a final decison on the future of waste management. The county needs to replace the Doral incinerator that burned down in 2023. Trash is currently being hauled via truck and train by an outside contractor.
