Miami Heat fans will get their first opportunity Sunday to get a glimpse of the new bronze statue of Hall of Famer Dwyane Wade in front of the Kaseya Center.
The free unveiling ceremony will take place Sunday at 5p on the West Plaza. Monday will be “Dwyane Wade Statue Night” when the HEAT hosts the Detroit Pistons with a halftime presentation. Monday will be the 21st anniversary of Wade making his NBA debut with the team.
Thursday, the Heat legend joined the Heat's Captain Bam Adebayo at Chapman Partnership for "When the past meets the present", with a revamped basketball court dedication - one originally donated years ago by Wade's Wade World Foundation.
