Panera Bread will soon stop selling its Charged Lemonade after the drink was blamed for at least two deaths.

One lawsuit claims the highly caffeinated beverage led to the death of a University of Pennsylvania student with a heart condition.

Another lawsuit claims a Florida man with previous health issues died after drinking a Charged Lemonade.

The problem was the way Panera marketed the Charged Lemonade which has 390 milligrams of caffeine, close to the amount of caffeine in three Red Bulls.

But previous language on Panera’s website and in-store container stickers compared it to "the same caffeine as a cup of their dark roast coffee."
