Orange County, FL - A Walt Disney World vacation ended in the arrest of a tourist who allegedly snatched Mickey Mouse ears off a stranger's head.
According to the Orange County Sheriff's Office, 54-year-old Mark Robinson of Romeoville, Illinois, is facing robbery charges stemming from a December 14th incident at Magic Kingdom Park.
The arrest affidavit details that Robinson, believing the ears belonged to his daughter who had misplaced hers earlier, grabbed them "forcefully" from a woman exiting a ride.
The woman, who had purchased the ears years prior, reported the incident to Disney Security.
Robinson reportedly told deputies his daughter thought she lost her ears on a previous ride, and upon not finding them, he mistook the woman's ears for his daughter's.
The woman's husband intervened, and Disney Security secured the scene until law enforcement arrived.
Robinson was arrested and transported to Orange County's Booking and Release Center.
