Parkland parents are receiving the personal belongings of their loved ones lost in the Marjory Stoneman Douglas massacre.
Max Schacter, whose son Alex was killed in the Valentine's Day attack, tweeted a picture of a package with what he believes to be Alex's book bag and says, " They told me the BIOHAZARD sticker means it has Alex’s blood on it & could have bullet holes. I’m afraid I’m not strong enough to open the box. This is horrible."
Seventeen lives were lost on that fateful day. Last week Schachter visited the 12-hundred building at the school. The building is open for survivors and victims' family members before it's demolished. Schachter sat in the seat where his son Alex was killed during the shooting five years ago. He reported there's still blood all over the building, and it's absolutely grotesque.
