Businesses Across Florida Take Part In "Day Without An Immigrant" Protest

Some businesses across Florida closing their doors in solidarity with the "Day Without Immigrants" protest. Organizer Tomas Kennedy says they're speaking out against Florida's new immigration law that will suspend a business' license if it hires illegal immigrants. The law takes effect July First. It increases penalties for knowingly transporting undocumented immigrants, bans local governments from "issuing identification documents" and requires healthcare facilities to report information on patients' immigration status.
