WATCH: Maryland Rapper Charged With Human Trafficking His Girlfriend

A Maryland-based rapper is facing felony human trafficking and making money off prostitution charges in Miami after he's accused of selling out his one-time girlfriend for sex.

Miami-Dade State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle says the 23-year-old victim met Monriko Clements - AKA King Swuice - on a dating website, and after she lost her job, he promised her fast money through prostitution.

He brought her to South Florida where he sold her services and allegedly kept all of the 20-thousand-dollars she earned.

The victim was finally rescued when she threw herself out of the car Clements was driving and onto a highway.

While she has his name tattooed on her body, she is said to be doing well.

Clements was extradited from Maryland to South Florida last night.

A judge this morning set his bond at 45-thousand-dollars.
