The state of Florida being sued in a federal court in Tallahassee over it's controversial "Don't Say Gay" law The National Center for Lesbian Rights on behalf of Equality Florida filing suit today alleging the law violates the First Amendment and other Constitution rights. Todd Delmay with Hollywood's LGBTQ+ says limiting classroom instruction on sexual orientation and gender identity is hateful and discriminatory. The "Parental Rights in Education" law was signed by Governor DeSantis Monday, it takes effect July 1st.
