(PALM COAST, FL) -- A Florida man caught speeding is blaming the president of Russia.
Bodycam video shows the driver saying Vladimir Putin made him do it. He was pulled over in Palm Coast in Flagler County for doing 50 in a 30... and claims he was rushing home because the Russian president was threatening to launch World War 3 will thermonuclear missiles.
The deputy didn't buy his excuse about the end of the world and gave him a ticket for speeding and running a stop sign.
Putin has made vague references to Russia's nuclear arsenal since the Ukraine invasion in an apparent attempt to keep NATO and the West from sending troops to help Ukraine.
