Offer Made For Champlain Towers South Collapse Site

An offer has been made for up to $120-million for the Champlain Towers South collapse site in Surfside.

The Miami Herald reporting the unnamed buyer's bid was made public during a hearing today focused on the multiple lawsuits centered around the building collapse.

Circuit Judge Michael Hanzman is pushing for the sale of the property to compensate victims.

The Miami Herald reports that during the hearing, Hanzman authorized the negotiation of an agreement with the bidder.
