McCarthy wants to hear directly from people with direct ties to the communist island as he tries to determine how the U-S can actually help the people on the ground. He's being joined by several members of the Leader's Advisory Team On Cuba like Representative Mario Diaz Balart who says the President's sanctions won't lead to any real changes. The group is attending a Cuba Freedom Rally in Miami tonight. Tomorrow they will participate in a rountable with Cuban dissidents and South and Central American community leaders.
