Laurie Garcia with "Broward for Progress" says coronavirus has turned our country upside down and schools don't have the plans or resources to open safely yet. She says Governor DeSantis is skewing the case numbers and positivity rates which is downright dangerous. Several Florida districts are open, but Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade all started remotely. The Superintendents of these districts say they could be announcing a return to face-to-face learning later this month.
