There are big changes to the model that predicts when the coronavirus battle will peak in Florida.
The latest update from the Washington Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation moves up the date when the state's hospitals will be hit hardest by COVID-19. It was early May, now it's been moved up to April 21st.
Even with social distancing, the model predicts 242 people will die from the coronavirus every day, topping out over 67-hundred by June 1st.
