West Palm Beach Police say an arrest has been made in the case of a hidden camera that was found in an employee restroom at St. Mary's Medical Center.
Officials say 41-year old Rudelmiro Santizo Perez was picked up in Houston Monday night by the Department of Homeland Security as he was attempting to board a plane to leave the U.S.
Police say the arrest was the result of tips received after they put out pictures of images stored on the device, showing bathrooms where the small camera had also been used.
They point out that it remains an active investigation.
