Puerto Rico Still Picking Up The Pieces Two Years After Hurricane Maria

Tomorrow marks the 2-year anniversary of Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico and they are still picking up the pieces. Luis De Rosa -President of the Puerto Rican Chamber of Commerce in South Florida-says hundreds of homes still have tarps instead of roofs, the infrastructure is in dire need of repairs and the electrical grid is weak. He says FEMA needs to do more. He says the tourism industry took a huge hit, hotel managers still have to reassure people that they are indeed back open for business. Maria is to blame for at least 3-thousand deaths when it hit Puerto Rico as a Category 4 hurricane.
