Putnam County Man Arrested For 'Litany' Of Sex Acts On A Minor

(Palatka, FL)-- A Putnam County man is a depraved individual who preys on children. The alleged victim is a teenage girl who says Merrill tattooed his initials on her, posted graphic photos and videos of her online, trafficked her, burned her skin, choked her and pointed a gun at her. She finally left in September and contacted deputies. DeLoach says if she had not gotten away when she did, the outcome could have been much different.
