And James Fishback will retain his loser status by remaining on the gubernatorial primary ballot. While I disagree with the judge’s decision (nobody can be as stupid as Fishback claims when it comes to residency and voting), this is more of an indictment of Florida residency laws that are as meaningless as who won the World Cup.
