Welcome to our Thursday. In the COVID season we were told to trust the untrustworthy science that was being pushed upon us. It seems the trend caught on and now it’s our medical schools that are failing us on the science front. Are we grooming untrustworthy doctors these days? If they go to these schools, we are!

President Trump is not on the ballot in the midterm elections, but his agenda sure is. The hope is that the Republicans’ midterm convention will provide the momentum to keep the agenda going to the end of the president’s term.
It’s clear the Democrats are afraid of the SAVE America Act. How do we know? They say so. The House is scheduled to vote on it and some other issues today. We’ll see how that plays out.
Florida’s local governments are fending for themselves when it comes to regulating e-bikes and scooters. Daytona Beach is considering regulations that may serve as a template for other locations since the governor vetoed a statewide law that would have handled it. The governor’s terror designations for certain groups are on hold while the state develops regulations and the courts ponder the legality of the idea.
