Friday: Qualifying Day

It’s Qualifying day for Florida’s midterm elections. Noon is the deadline and then we’ll know just who is running for what in the August Primary hoping in most cases to make it to November’s General Election. The clock is ticking…

As for our day, how about you raise a killer, have a fund raiser and get a new home? Yes, it happened. A lawsuit has been filed over Florida’s property tax amendment. Somebody doesn’t trust voters to make the decision…and it’s mostly people who those same voters have put into office. Is the Iranian conflict coming to an end? There are conflicting reports with President Trump saying it’s a done deal and the Iranians saying no. I’d believe them if they’re saying no and teach them that yes was the better option.

Then it’s the Friday File. A change for you to weigh in on topics you may have missed out on earlier in the week. The Texas Tech gambling football player who has redefined the right to play college sports, American pride and the lack thereof in this society, AI advancements and uses in education, government vs the first amendment and will Bill make a run for the county commission…the clock is ticking on that one…
