The Florida Gators (2-3, 1-1) upset the 9th-ranked Texas Longhorns (3-2, 0-1) 29-21 on Saturday afternoon in Gainesville.
DJ Lagway went 21-for-29 with a season-high 298 yards and two touchdowns - with one interception to lead the Gators. Dallas Wilson caught both of those touchdowns, grabbing six catches for 111 yards on the night. Jadan Baugh added 107 yards on the ground.
For the Longhorns, Arch Manning went 16-for-29 with 263 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions. The Gators took a 19-7 lead at halftime, then built leads of 22-7 and 29-14 in the second half - the Longhorns were able to pull within eight but that was as close as they would get.
