The Tampa Bay Rays (40-32) defeated the Baltimore Orioles (30-41) 7-1 on Monday night at Steinbrenner Field for their fourth straight win.
Ryan Pepiot (4-6, 3.11) was masterful, pitching eight innings in which he allowed one earned run on four hits while striking out eleven and walking two.
The Rays got 14 hits from the offense, homers from Josh Lowe and Brandon Lowe. Jake Mangum also went 3-for-4 with three RBIs and a run scored.
