DeSantis Cracks the Door on Reopening Florida

Governor DeSantis announced his plan for reopening Florida yesterday evening.As promised, it’s a phased and deliberate plan that has much of Florida, including Brevard, breathing a sigh of relief.Come Monday you’ll be able to hit your favorite restaurant, but a haircut or style is out of the question…for now.We’ll explore it with Representative Tyler Sirois in our third hour today.

As we open the day we’ll consider yesterday’s call from Jim in Viera. Jim laid out an argument that the courts would be the final arbiter of governmental actions during THE RONA. Will they be?Can they act quickly enough?Our opening story lends some insight.
