New Hampshire Towns' Time Capsule Empty

(Derry, NH) -- Local officials in New Hampshire are wondering who took their town's history. Not all of it, just the history that was sealed in a time capsule in 1969. The capsule actually is a small safe that sat in a back room of the public library in Derry, outside Manchester. The local leaders had planned to open it this month on the 300th anniversary of the arrival of the region's first settlers. There's no shortage of elements to this mystery, including what was originally in the capsule. Another element is why the combination to the safe was written on a paper that was taped on the back of the safe.
