A 54-year-old man from Iowa has been arrested on child pornography charges after members of Best Buy's Geek Squad reportedly discovered files that they believed were sexually-explicit images of underage children. Robert Leo Watson brought his laptop to the Geek Squad so they could transfer the data on it to another computer because he spilled gravy on it.
When the Best Buy workers saw the files, they contacted the police who confiscated both computers and took Watson in for questioning.
According to the Des Moines Register, Watson admitted that he downloaded the images and was able to describe them to investigators. Watson was arrested and charged with ten misdemeanor counts of possessing child pornography.
He is being held at the Polk County Jail on $50,000 cash bond.
