When is being great at what you are not enough? Apparently it’s when you are in the fast food business. McDonald’s has decided to up the breakfast offerings and, as they have done before, it may be a move backwards! Remember the original danishes the golden arches offered when breakfast was new to them? They have changed them several times to the point where we now have lumps of dough doused in cinnamon that don’t come close to the original. Now the breakfast sandwich is the Frankenstein’s monster of breakfast.
While polling is all we have to tell us how an election is going before the actual votes are cast, we can’t trust them…for several reasons. Before Ron DeSantis and Andrew Gillum debated last night the polls showed Gillum with a 6 point lead. The first question was about pipe bombs shipped to various Democratic interests around the country. We’ll talk these stories and more this morning.
