Adviser For Boston Philharmonic Youth Orchestra Arrested For Child Porn

An artistic adviser for the Boston Philharmonic Youth Orchestra has been arrested after authorities discovered thousands of child pornography files on his computer. Authorities allege that 71-year-old David St. George tried to cover his tracks, using the "Dark Web" to download photos and videos which depicted children between the ages of six and eight-years-old being sexually assaulted.

The Boston Philharmonic Youth Orchestra suspended St. George when they learned of the charges. He told authorities that he never assaulted any children, claiming that he only viewed the child pornography.

St. George was charged with one count of receipt of child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography. Both counts carry a minimum sentence of five years behind bars, along with a lifetime of supervised release.
