New York City police are working with Chicago police to find out how a man got hold of NYPD body armor. Isaiah Maliailua from California was arrested in Chicago last week carrying a loaded handgun and stolen NYPD body armor.
Police dogs had sniffed out explosive residue inside his bag at a local train station. The California man is charged with unlawful use of a weapon.
