COMING BACK IN 2020
They should have left it to us professionals, those of us who were ridiculed our entire careers about donuts. Rookie Krispy Kreme voters missed the mark in their new glaze selection. In much better news, The XFL will be making a comeback in 2020. It’ll be different, it looks to be better and all about football.
We’ll talk the legislative session with Representative Randy Fine in hour 2 this morning. Let’s hope they have better sense in Tallahassee than in Sacramento where one proposed law would jail or severely fine servers who give unsolicited plastic straws to customers. Trust me; Tallahassee has enough of its own problems without more stupidity.
We’ll take a look at the press with Florida Today’s Executive Editor Bob Gabordi in hour 3. From Bob’s recent watershed (literally- watershed) movie going experience to his experience with similar news events and the future of the business with one high school paper going out on its own when the school decided to stop the news, we’ll look past, present and future of journalism as we close our week together.
