West Virginians, without tooting my own horn here, are nothing if not inventive. Seeing how California is acting with the Sanctuary City or State idea, the Mountain State has come up with a constitutional version I believe you will like. You’ll also like that Common Core has been declared dead by the Secretary of Education, but don’t get too excited, we need massive changes at our colleges or we will have a generation of teachers that know nothing but indoctrination.
State Representative Randy Fine is with us by phone in our 7am hour as week two of the legislative session is drawing to a close. We’ll see what legislation is making its way to potential passage and what the priorities seem to be.
