WIDE OPEN WEDNESDAY: the Twitterverse

IT'S NOT JUST THE PRESIDENT

We are back to the Twitterverse as we get started today.  I’m proud of one NFL star for standing up to the criticism of his dog’s birthday tweet!  And the president’s tweets are not just back in the news, they ARE the news.  He’s also getting some praise from the folks working the country’s borders.

While Florida Today’s Wayne Price looks ahead to 2018, Brevard Schools look to reopen a north Brevard school, just not the same way it was.  The TDC is betting on sports tourism and if their projections are correct the impact could be large.  The question remains whether a tax should be used to the benefit of only a small group of people or businesses.  A Palm Bay crime raises a question on victimizing victims.  Someone in California is a creative critic, and on Jeopardy you’d best pronounce the name of a song correctly.  We’ll start our WIDE OPEN WEDNESDAY there, but as always on these days, it’s up to you what we consider on today’s show.
